    The Big Pink brought it, couldnt have seen them at a better venue. I was about ready to pass out from the relentless club music inbetween sets and white car(bad news), but i hung in there and the Crystal Antlers finished off a troublesome set with a fury which led right into an assault by The Big Pink. All you could see was 4 silhouettes groovin' inside a strobe light crazy, smoke infested room. Standout songs: "At war with the sun", "Velvet", and a great cover of a Beyonce song called "Sweet Dreams". I walked out with a inexpensive 45 with a "killer" cover and a smile on my face, thats all you need. Its always exciting to get the chance to see a great new band on their first North American tour, The Big Pink lived up to expectations, cant wait 'til next time.
