Directions from Boston, public transit:

From North Station catch either Newburyport or Rockport commuter rail to Beverly Depot. At the depot, walk east (straight) on Broadway (goes by the little park) two blocks to Cabot. Left on Cabot, two blocks, and right on Essex (directly past the big white church), Montserrat is the second big brick building on the right. It’s got a big checkerboard in front.
